Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Trade Options, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for complying with local laws on trading and funding.

3. Accounts

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• You may receive a demo balance for practice; demo funds have no cash value.
• Real-account balances reflect deposits, trades, and withdrawals on the platform.
• We may suspend or close accounts for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

4. Trading risk

Digit contracts and synthetic / volatility instruments are high risk. Prices can move quickly and you can lose your full stake on a contract. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Deposits & withdrawals

Deposits may be made via supported methods such as M-Pesa or USDT. Withdrawals may require completed KYC and must generally return to the same channel you deposited from. Processing times depend on payment networks and review checks.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service; open multiple abusive accounts; or use the platform for money laundering or other illegal activity.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Options is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including trading losses, downtime, or third-party payment delays. Our total liability related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us (if any) in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes may also be notified in-app or by email when practical.
